This is a no reserve penny auction for a Weatherby Vanguard Deluxe bolt action rifle in .25-06 Remington. Serial number – V58303. This Vanguard features a beautiful high-grade checkered Monte-Carlo style wood stock, excellent bore, and a 24" barrel. It has a leather sling, a hinged floor plate, and a rubber buttpad. Manufactured in Japan. In the 1960s, Roy Weatherby recognized the need for a more affordable rifle that could chamber his signature cartridges and with this, in mind, the Vanguard project was born. Weatherby has partnered with the same trusted factory for over 50 years and has consistently produced some of the most accurate rifles on the market today.
