It has the coined silver receiver that is engraved and has gold inlays on both sides,plus it has GREAT Wood! Similar to the deluxe version of the Model 1886 it features a blade front sight with an adjustable rear sight, full-length magazine tube, and coin finished receiver and lever. The right side of the receiver features a banner reading “U.S. NATIONAL FORESTS CENTENNIAL 1891-1991/ONE OF 2000”, as well as a seal reading “FOREST RESERVE RANGER” surrounding “US DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR”, all gold accented. The left side of the receiver features the dates “1891/1991” in banners, as well as the seal of the U.S Forest Service Department of Agriculture, also accented in gold.
