For sale is an Ithaca 1911A1 semi-automatic pistol in .45 ACP. Serial number- 2074510. MFG: 1945. This pistol is in great condition for its age and comes with 1 magazine. The left side of the slide is roll-stamped with "ITHACA GUN CO. INC. ITHACA NY" in two lines. The creation of legendary firearms designer John Browning, the Model 1911 was the standard-issue sidearm of the United States military starting in 1911, served through WWI, WWII, the Korean War, and Vietnam War until it was replaced in 1986. Some US Special Forces still use them today. 1911s are highly sought after this is an opportunity to own one this is in awesome condition!
