For sale is a Marlin Model 49 semi-auto rifle in .22 LR. Serial number- AC9059. PLEASE NOTE: This rifle has a "ring of death" in the barrel and this will need to be looked at by a gunsmith and fixed. There is also a small crack on the left side of the stock where it meets the receiver.
