For sale is a Remington Model 11-48 semi-automatic shotgun in 12 gauge. Serial number- 5073828. This shotgun features a 2 3/4" chamber, 14" length of pull, and a fixed full choke. The "YY" stamp leads us to believe that this shotgun was manufactured in 1952. Please refer to the photos as there is minor finish wear on the buttstock. The Model 11-48 is a long-recoil operated semi-automatic shotgun based on the Model 11, itself based on an 1898 design by John Browning.
