This ammunition is a military surplus rifle cartridge originally produced for the former Yugoslav armed forces. Chambered in the widely used 7.62x39mm caliber, the M67 load features a 123 grain full metal jacket (FMJ) projectile housed in a brass case and packed in a sealed metal tin inside a wooden crate for long-term storage.

The M67 projectile differs from the earlier Soviet M43 design by using a lead-core, flat-base bullet rather than a steel-core projectile. This design shifts the bullet's center of gravity rearward, giving the M67 a reputation for good accuracy and earlier yaw (tumbling) after impact. Many shooters regard Yugoslav M67 as some of the highest-quality surplus 7.62x39mm ammunition imported into the United States.
