Cancellation and Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All transactions conducted via D4Guns.com are governed by a strict “All Sales Are Final” policy. Upon submission of an order, the transaction is deemed a completed contractual agreement. D4Guns.com does not grant refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to, buyer’s remorse, erroneous selection, or changes in the purchaser’s personal or financial circumstances.

REGULATORY COMPLIANCE & PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITY

It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all items ordered are compliant with federal, state, and local statutes within the purchaser’s jurisdiction.

  • Restricted Orders: Any order placed for a restricted or prohibited item (e.g., ammunition to California without adherence to state-mandated FFL procedures) shall be deemed void.

  • Administrative Fees: Voided orders are subject to a 25% Non-Refundable Administrative Fee to cover processing, clerical, and inventory holding costs.

  • Disclaimer: D4Guns.com does not provide “compliance consultations.” By placing an order, the purchaser warrants that they are in full legal compliance with their local regulations.

INSPECTION UPON RECEIPT – FIREARMS

IMPORTANT: Please thoroughly inspect your firearm before completing the transfer with your FFL dealer.

  • Pre-Transfer: If you notice any damage or defects that were not disclosed in the listing/auction, do not take possession of the firearm. Take photos of the damage or defect and contact us immediately.

  • Post-Transfer: Once the firearm transfer is complete, the manufacturer’s warranty becomes effective, and any issues or defects must be handled directly with the manufacturer. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds on firearms after they have been transferred into your possession. No exceptions.

  • Liability Limitation: If a defect is discovered after the transfer, please contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement as outlined in their warranty policy. D4Guns.com does not reimburse any dealer fees, shipping fees, transfer fees, parts, or repair costs for any damage or defects found after you have taken possession of the firearm.

AUTOMATED FULFILLMENT & CANCELLATION PROHIBITION

D4Guns.com utilizes an automated, multi-warehouse logistical framework designed for immediate execution. Consequently, the company cannot accommodate requests for order cancellations or modifications once an order has been transmitted. This includes changes to caliber, quantity, shipping destination, or payment instrument.

  • Immediate Processing: Because fulfillment actions—including labeling and packaging—frequently occur within minutes of order receipt, communication requesting a cessation of shipment will not be honored.

REFUSING DELIVERY & UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

When you place an order, you agree to receive it at the shipping address entered at checkout.

  • Refusal of Package: If a package is refused or no one is available to accept delivery, you will not receive a refund. You are also responsible for any and all return shipping costs incurred.

  • Abandonment: Any shipment returned by the carrier as “Undeliverable” shall be legally classified as abandoned property. Should D4Guns.com, at its sole discretion, elect to process a return for such a shipment, it shall be subject to a 25% Restocking Fee plus all original and return freight charges.

UNCLAIMED TRANSFERS & ABANDONED ORDERS

  • Firearms must be transferred by the receiving FFL to the purchaser within the time limit established by the receiving dealer. If the firearm is not transferred within that period and is returned to us, the order will be treated as a buyer-initiated cancellation.
  • Returned firearms will be subject to the applicable restocking fees, return shipping costs, and any additional handling, administrative, regulatory compliance, or other costs incurred.
  • Orders that remain inactive due to lack of communication or failure to complete the transfer may be considered abandoned. Abandoned inventory may be reabsorbed into inventory and resold at our discretion, and any refund eligibility will be determined based on the costs incurred and our current Terms of Sale at the time the matter is resolved.

TRANSFER COMPLIANCE

  • All firearms transfers are subject to the approval and discretion of the receiving FFL dealer. If a receiving FFL refuses or is unable to complete the transfer for any reason—including compliance concerns, regulatory issues, purchaser eligibility, or other circumstances—the order will be treated as a buyer-initiated cancellation.
  • In such cases, the firearm may be returned to us and will be subject to the applicable restocking fees, return shipping costs, and any additional handling, administrative, or compliance costs incurred.

RETURN SHIPPING – ALL PRODUCTS

In any instance where a return is authorized by D4Guns.com, the Buyer pays for all return shipping and insurance costs. No exceptions.

SHIPMENT DISCREPANCIES & UPC PRIMACY

  • Erroneous Shipments: Discrepancies (wrong item received) must be reported to [email protected] within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

  • UPC Primacy: The Universal Product Code (UPC) is the definitive identifier. If the item matches the UPC ordered, no return/exchange is permitted, regardless of variations in packaging or website imagery.

  • Damage/Loss: No refunds/replacements will be authorized until the carrier (UPS/FedEx) has concluded its investigation and approved the claim (typically 15–30 business days). Photographic evidence is required.

PRODUCT DEFECTS (AMMUNITION)

All ammunition and related products are sold “as-is” regarding manufacturer performance. For defects, malfunctions, or “duds,” the purchaser must contact the manufacturer directly for warranty support.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION & CHARGEBACK POLICY

  • Waiver of Rights: The purchaser voluntarily waives the right to initiate a credit card chargeback for reasons of “buyer’s remorse” or “unauthorized cancellation.”

  • Dispute Fees: If a purchaser initiates a chargeback decided in favor of D4Guns.com, the purchaser agrees to pay a 25% Administrative Processing Fee plus associated merchant fees.

  • Binding Arbitration: Any claims shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in the jurisdiction of D4Guns.com’s headquarters.

INDEMNIFICATION

The purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless D4Guns.com and its agents from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising from the purchaser’s violation of these terms or any laws regarding the use or possession of the purchased items.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

D4Guns.com reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.
