Cancellation and Return Policy

Cancellations – All Items

D4Guns.com does not accept cancellations. We work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. As soon as you place your order, our system starts processing it automatically. Because of this, we can’t cancel or make any changes once the order is placed. This includes changes to items, shipping info, or payment details. If we are able to intercept and cancel your order before it ships, a 25% cancellation/restocking fee will apply. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to place your order with care. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Refusing Delivery

When you place an order, you agree to receive it at the shipping address you entered at checkout. If the package is refused or no one is there to accept it, you won’t get a refund. You’ll also be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Inspection Upon Receipt – Firearms

IMPORTANT: Please thoroughly inspect your firearm before completing the transfer with your FFL dealer.
If you notice any damage or defects that were not disclosed in the auction, do not take possession of the firearm. Instead, take photos of the damage or defect and then contact us immediately.

Once the firearm transfer is complete, the manufacturer’s warranty becomes effective, and any issues or defects must be handled directly with the manufacturer. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds on firearms after they have been transferred into your possession. No exceptions. If a defect is discovered after the transfer, please contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement as outlined in their warranty policy.

Please note: We do not reimburse any dealer fees, shipping fees, transfer fees, parts, or repair costs for any damage or defects found after you have taken possession of the firearm.

Return Shipping – All Products

Buyer pays for all return shipping and insurance costs. No exceptions.

Restocking Fee – All Products

A 25% restocking fee will apply if you cancel a sale, purchase the wrong item, or if your order is canceled due to state restrictions (based on your place of residence).
