This is a no reserve penny auction for a Smith & Wesson 25-2 Model of 1955 revolver in .45 ACP. Serial number – N300932. This revolver is in excellent condition and wears its original grips. It includes a presentation case, cleaning tools, original warranty card, and factory literature. Overall, the gloss bluing and finish are great, and the pinned 6.5" barrel features an excellent bore. The trigger is crisp, lockup is tight, and the timing is on. Introduced in 1955, the big N-framed Smith & Wesson Model 25 was originally marketed as the ".45 Target Model". The Model 25 is a double-action revolver made to use the .45 ACP cartridge. They have a reputation for being very accurate and are a great example of Smith & Wesson’s high-quality production.
