This is a no reserve penny auction for a Colt Python double-action revolver in .357 Mag. Serial number – 97434. Mfg Dated: 1969. This revolver is in great condition with a PRISTINE bore, the single action has a very light trigger, and double-action is incredibly smooth. This revolver wears its beautiful wood grips. Please see the photos to assess the condition for yourself as there is some finish wear on the barrel and cylinder.
Built on Colt’s large I-frame. Pythons have a reputation for accuracy, smooth trigger pull, and a tight cylinder lock-up. Some firearm collectors and writers such as Jeff Cooper, Ian V.
