Enfield No4 Mk2 (F) – .303 British – Fazakerley ROF England – No. 4 Mark II

This is a no reserve penny auction for an Enfield No4 Mk2 bolt-action rifle in .303 Brit. Serial number- PF173008. This Enfield is great condition for its age with an excellent bore! All visible serial numbers appear to be matching including on the stock, and the PF prefix of the serial number leads us to believe that the rifle was manufactured at the ROF Fazakerley factory in 1952. Please refer to the photos for the exact condition. The No 4 Mk 2 bolt action rifle was the last variant of the .303 caliber Lee-Enfield rifle made in England. They were produced from 1949 to 1955 and used primarily by the British and Irish Armies before being replaced by the L1A1 self-loading rifle.
