Gustloff Werke Mauser 98k – 8mm Mauser – K98 – MFG 1943 WWII German Stamps

This is a no reserve penny auction for a Gustloff Werke Arsenal Mauser 98k in 8mm Mauser. Serial number- 4834E. This rifle is in good condition for its age and sports a 24" barrel with a good bore. The top of the receiver is marked "bcd/43". This is the wartime code for the Gustloff-Werke at Weimar, and "43" reflects 1943 as the year of manufacture. The stock and receiver feature matching serial numbers and multiple WWII German stamps are seen, but please see photos for all other additional stamps and markings.
