The Iver Johnson Model X is a single-shot, bolt-action rifle chambered in .22 Short and Long Rifle cartridges. It's known for its simplicity and durability, as well as its very unique safety mechanism, which is activated by pushing the 45 degree bolt safety to 90 degree inline position.
