This is a no-reserve penny auction for a Navy Arms Muzzleloading Side by Side Shotgun in 12 Gauge. Serial number- 5016. This shotgun is a modern copy of a 19th-century percussion shotgun. The blued barrels feature a hooked breech and are smooth ribbed. Other features include a full plate twin-triggered action, walnut stock with a straight wrist in the English tradition, a smooth metal butt plate, and an extra long trigger guard tang with scroll decoration. The bores are in fair condition with a light coat of rust and could use a deep cleaning. Please note that there is rust freckling throughout the barrels, receiver, and buttplate. Additionally, there are also small cracks on the bottom of the wrist and next to the wedge on the forend.
