This isn't just a "shooter"—it is a curated piece of American industrial history from the turn of the 20th century. Designed by John Moses Browning, the 1895 was the first Winchester lever-action to utilize a non-detachable box magazine instead of the traditional tubular magazine. The .38-72 Winchester Center Fire (WCF) was one of the original cartridges introduced specifically for the Model 1895. Theodore Roosevelt famously called his 1895 (chambered in .405 Winchester) his "Big Medicine" for lions.
An "Heirloom Grade" firearm. It represents the exact moment when John Browning’s genius met Winchester’s manufacturing peak. Whether it's sitting in a glass case or being used for a vintage "Lever Action" match, it’s a rifle that commands respect in any room.
This is a 123 year old Rifle. Please see the photos to assess the condition of this Gorgeous Rifle for yourself!
