This is a no-reserve penny auction for a Winchester Model 1895 lever-action rifle in .38-72 WCF. Serial number – 39005. This rifle is over 120 years old with a Manufacture date of 1903. It is in Amazing Overall Condition for its age and the Bore is in Fair Condition with distinct rifling, there is also minor pitting seen.

Designed by John Moses Browning, the 1895 was the first Winchester lever-action to utilize a non-detachable box magazine instead of the traditional tubular magazine.
