Remington Model 11-48 – 12 GA – MOD – 2.75in Shells – Classic Semi!

This is a no reserve penny auction for a Remington Model 11-48 semi automatic shotgun in 12 Gauge. Serial number- 5022696. This 11-48 was manufactured in 1950, and features a 28" barrel with a MOD choke and a 2 3/4in chamber. Please review photos for exact condition. Please Note: the wrist on this shotgun is cracked. The 11-48 is a long-recoil operated semi-automatic shotgun based on the Model 11, itself based on an 1898 design by John Browning. The 11-48 differs from the Model 11 in the shape of its machined steel receiver and the use of cheaper stamped steel internal parts.
