Romanian Cugir TTC – 7.62×25 – Tokarev TT-33 – ComBloc Pistol – MFG 1956
This is a no-reserve penny auction for a Romanian Cugir TTC semi-automatic pistol in 7.62x25mm. Serial number- BI333. This pistol is in good condition for its age with a moderately pitted but shootable bore, and includes two magazines.
The Cugir TTC is Romania’s Cold War-era clone of the Soviet Tokarev, built tough at the Cugir Arms Factory and chambered in 7.62×25mm. With its blued steel, simple lines, and classic military feel, it’s a no-frills sidearm from behind the Iron Curtain. Collectors appreciate its Cold War pedigree, factory markings, and utilitarian charm—a piece of Eastern Bloc history that still smells faintly of cosmoline and hard times.
Please note: The safeties on these pistols were added post-production to meet import regulations. The safety on this particular pistol is loose and has play, as was common with these added safeties.
