This is a no reserve penny auction for a Sig Sauer P220 semi-automatic pistol in .45 ACP. Serial number- G167324. Manufactured in 1990. This P220 is in great condition with an excellent bore and comes with the original case, 2 magazines, factory test target, and original paperwork. The SIG Sauer partnership produced its first firearm, the P220, in West Germany in 1975, and continued to produce and export firearms designated as "West German" products for 25 more years, until East and West Germany were reunified on October 3, 1990 and commonly referred to as "Germany" once again. One of these near-countless pieces of gun store gospel is that West German SIG SAUER (or just German) P series pistols are better. It’s well made, easy to handle, easy to shoot, and amazingly accurate. The gun ticks and tocks like a clock. A deadly accurate German/Swiss clock.
