This is a no reserve penny auction for a Smith & Wesson Model 27-2 revolver in .357 Magnum. Serial number- 220191. This pre-lock Model 27-2 is in great condition with an excellent bore! It includes a plastic case. This classic revolver features an 8.25" pinned barrel, and a 6 round recessed cylinder. Lockup is tight and timing is on.

<br />The Smith & Wesson Model 27 is the original .357 Magnum revolver. It was first produced in 1935, and many versions of it are still in production today. The Model 27 was built on Smith & Wesson&apos;s carbon steel, large N-frame. Starting out simply as "The .357 Magnum" in 1935, the big Smith .357 became the Model 27 in the middle 1950s.
