This is a no-reserve penny auction for a Smith & Wesson Victory Model revolver in .38 S&W. Serial number – V60501. This revolver is in good condition with solid lock-up an the timing is on. It's all matching and has a lanyard loop.

The Victory model was so named for the "V" prefix which was placed before the serial number and represented "Victory" against the Axis powers in World War II. The Victory Revolver was produced during World War II, it is a variation of the Military & Police Model. "V" series from V-1 to around V-769,000. All were made between 1940 to 1945.
