DWM Gewehr Model 1898 w/ Erstaz Bayonet

The Gewehr 98 (abbreviated G98, Gew 98, or M98) is a German bolt-action rifle made by Mauser, firing cartridges from a five-round internal clip-loaded magazine. It was the German service rifle from 1898 to 1935, when it was replaced by the Karabiner 98k, a shorter weapon using the same basic design. The Gewehr 98 action, using a stripper clip loaded with the 7.92×57mm Mauser cartridge, successfully combined and improved several bolt-action engineering concepts which were soon adopted by many other countries, including the United Kingdom, United States, and Japan. The Gewehr 98 replaced the earlier Gewehr 1888 as the main German service rifle. It first saw combat in the Chinese Boxer Rebellion and was the main German infantry service rifle of World War I.

This rifle is in great condition, considering it is over 100 years old! This is an example of a very hard-to-find all matching, World War I Model 98 Mauser made by DWM in 1917. There is not an import mark. Few all matching Model 98 rifles survived WWI as they were heavily used and parts/barrels were replaced, were destroyed during the war or due to forced downsizing of the German military by the Treaty of Versailles. Other rifles received conversions after the war by the Weimar Republic and the Third Riech. It was replaced by the Karabiner 98k by the German Army for World War II but essentially is a shorter variant of the original Model 1898.

The Model 1898 is widely considered by firearm experts as the greatest bolt-action rifle of all time. It not only served several militaries through the first half of the 20th century but inspired other rifles to the modern day. The American Springfield Model 1903 was basically a copy of the action with a few minor changes.

This rifle has recently gained popularity from DICE's videogame, "Battlefield 1"

Colt Government Custom Talo Dragon 1911 - 1 of 500

The Talo Limited Edition Dragon is based on Colt's O2091, a full size government pistol in .38 Super caliber. Production is limited to 500 specially serialized units, MEX001-MEX500. Extensive embellishment has been done. The stainless slide and frame are initially polished. The intricate dragon design is selectively plated with 24k gold, copper and silver and highlighted with deep etched black lines. The barrel is polished at the chamber to complement the slide finish. The hammer, slide stop, barrel bushing, thumb safety and mag release are high polished stainless. The hex style grip screws are polished and coated in 24k gold. The wood grips have an alternating dragon scale pattern with an embedded gold rampant Colt medallion

What makes this particular Talon more interesting is the ruby stones in the eyes of the dragon. We have not seen any other of the 500 examples that have been on the market with this feature.

The popular western image of a dragon as winged, four-legged, and capable of breathing fire is an invention of the High Middle Ages. In western cultures, dragons are portrayed as monsters to be tamed or overcome, usually by saints or culture heroes. In China, the word "dragon" has also come to be associated with good fortune. The emperor of China was the only one permitted to have dragons on his house, clothing, or personal articles. In Mexico, a feathered serpent deity has been worshipped by many different groups. Mexican winged serpent motifs are frequent.

FN Browning Model 1922

During World War II, the FN factory was captured by the Germans and continued to produce FN Model 1922 pistols, first with pre-war parts that were on hand, and later with parts that were made during German occupation of Belgium. Model 1922 pistols manufactured during the German occupation have special German inspector markings.

What makes this particular Model 1922 even more interesting is the captured enemy equipment certificate with the US Soldiers name and the official stamp of the "United States Forces European Theater Headquarters". Trophy hunting and trading were popular pastimes among the allied troops and many soldiers took advantage of sending home war trophies especially after the liberation of Paris and after the German forces collapsed and victory was imminent.

Colt Sporter Match HBAR (Pre-ban)

Colt Sporter Match HBAR was a pre-ban rifle made in between the buyout from Colts industries to Colts Manufacturing. The last year the company was owned by Colt Industries, the company voluntarily pulled the AR15 from commercial sales. After the company sold, the new Colts Manufacturing reintroduced the rifle to the Commercial market as the Sporter Series Blue Label. These had additional modifications to try to appease ATF. This included the large hammer trigger pins (.155 to .170) so full auto parts could not be installed.

Also made the fire control group no longer industry standard. They added the presses in auto sear block to prevent installation of auto sear as well as a full auto bolt carrier. They cut off the bottom rear of the carrier as you show. This was to prevent adding the auto sear trip spacer. The carrier is not able to trip an auto sear at all. Lastly they ground off the bayonet lug. Then the Federal Assault Weaponry came down in September 1994. The Sporter Series was discontinued in favor of the Colt Match Target Series to comply with the ban.

The rifle can be seen as the militarized full-auto version of the HBAR (M16A2) in movies such as, "Full Metal Jacket" and "Forrest Gump".

AMT Hardballer is a series of pistols that are part of the 1911 platform (based off of the .45 ACP M1911) made by Arcadia Machine & Tool (AMT) from 1977 to 2002. The Hardballer was the first entirely stainless steel 1911 pattern pistol. Other features included adjustable rear sights and a lengthened grip safety.

The weapon proved to be of little interest because of unreliable manufacturing and steel galling issues. The name Hardballer was because it was designed to fire .45acp 230 gr. ball ammo. It performed unreliably with hollow point ammunition of that era and would only use FMJ or hardball ammunition with any reliability, although with "throating", it will allow the use of semi-wadcutters. The Hardballer, if properly maintained, can be fashioned into quite an intriguing weapon.

A principal advantage of this weapon is that almost every part is a drop-in interchange with any other M1911; as a result, a Hardballer owner is assured of a wide variety of repair parts and custom parts.

However, the Hardballer is most recognizable from the 1984 Terminator movie poster where you can see the Hardballer with a laser sight from the movie. The Terminator acquired a number of firearms, including the AMT Hardballer .45 longslide variant equipped with a laser sight, while robbing a pawnshop clerk. The Terminator then used this pistol to kill the wrong Sarah Connor, a second woman with a very similar name and later the real Sarah's roommate Ginger. It can also be seen in the Hitman Videogame Series as Agent 47's "Silver Baller"
