This is a historic Yugoslavian M59/66A1 Ceremonial SKS rifle, semi-automatic, manufactured in the famous Zastava plant. These are rifles that were specially manufactured to be used in military parades and official ceremonies such as military or dignitary burials. Fully functional. The rifle is not California compliant.
