It was manufactured in 1969 in Belgium. Included with this BAR is a Redfield 3x-9x Wide View variable riflescope with a duplex reticle mounted atop a one-piece Redfield scope base. The Browning BAR is a gas-operated, semi-automatic rifle produced by the Browning Arms Company in Belgium.
