For sale is a Colt 1911 WWII Commemorative semi-automatic pistol in .45 ACP. Serial number- 6758PTO. Includes the magazine, display case, & seven chrome-plated dummy cartridges. This is a fine example of the Colt 1911 Commemoratives, this one is "The Pacific Theater" and lists by naming the major island battles. It is a fully functioning Colt 1911 in nickel finish. This is a rare opportunity to honor that Pacific WWII veteran. PLEASE NOTE: The gun itself is a Pacific Theatre model, while the case is for a European-African Middle Eastern Theatre so it appears the case and gun were mismatched at some point. Also, there is a sticky substance on the faux bullets as seen in the pictures.
