For sale is a Colt Police Positive revolver in .32 Police CTG . Serial number- 188418. This Police Positive was manufactured in 1923 and features a 6" barrel and a 6 round cylinder. Comes with a leather holster. The Police Positive Special was of compact dimensions and moderate weight, and it was an immediate hit with American police. According to a 1916 Colt publication, the St. Louis, Kansas City, Cincinnati, Columbus, and Chicago police departments all approved the Police Positive Special revolver as their issue sidearm. This revolver is an example of police revolvers used during the Prohibition Era and would make a good addition to any collection of Colt Revolvers.
