For sale is a K. Kale Model 38 Mauser bolt-action rifle in 8mm Mauser. Serial number- 116317. This rifle is in good condition however the cleaning rod is missing. There are a couple of serial number locations on the receiver, bolt handle, and bottom of the magazine plate, but none of the serials appear to match. The K. Kale Model 38 was produced by the Turkish Government. During WWII the New Established Republic of Turkey maintained a strict Neutral position during WWII it produced a large inventory of Mauser rifles in the event it was sucked into the European conflict. It even took in German soldiers attempting to escape the Soviets in Bulgaria. Adding Kar 98s to the Turkish inventory.
