For sale is a Ruger New Vaquero Joe Bowman Commemorative Set of single action revolvers in .45 Colt. Serial number- JB-00174 & JB-00175. These revolvers are in good condition and come with their original cases, manuals, locks, and factory fired casings. Manufactured in 2006. These revolvers have consecutive serial numbers and are each 1 of 500. Other features include 4 5/8" barrels, case colored frames, gold triggers and hammers, gold accents on cylinders, top of grip straps are gold etched "Straight Shooter", gold etched barrels "Joe Bowman", and grips are smooth white plastic to simulate ivory.

Joe Bowman was a Houston boot maker and expert marksman that used the moniker "Straight Shooter" and a straight shooter he was. Quick draw, trick shooting, champion of Western lore and ambassador of goodwill.
