For sale is a Universal M1 Carbine semi-automatic rifle in .30 Cal. Serial number – 167633. This rifle is in good overall condition but there are some spots of rust on the butt plate and on the barrel by the barrel band. It comes with a cleaning kit, canvas sling, and a 5-round magazine. More than 426,000 carbines were manufactured by Universal Firearms over a 25 year period from 1961 through 1986. This was 10 years longer and more than three times the quantity manufactured by any other commercial carbine manufacturer. Late-model features are present on this firearm, including the slide lock and a modified slide with a hole for the bolt lug.
