For sale is an ROF Maltby Enfield No. 4 Mk 1 bolt-action rifle in .303 Brit. Serial number- 15032. This Enfield is in great condition and features a shiny bore. After researching the serial number, we believe that this rifle was made in the ROF (Royal Ordnance Factory) Maltby. This Enfield has a serial number with no prefix or suffix which tells us it was one of 272,000 rifles made by Maltby. The bolt and magazine serials don't match the receiver but the magazine has a striked out serial which means it went through the FTR (Factory Thorough Repair) program before being sent to the United States.
